The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was the part of that company. I learnt lots of things in this company as how to handle product in or out,part planing,reporting ect.we worked with company happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow in this company. The work pressure is very high every day and given unnecessary work. Sometime I have to work 16 to 24 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Sometime I had to do audit twice a month which take long time.the manager don't have any value of strengths.all the customer and clients appreciate my work but the management unnoticed . One more interesting thing there is no on job training for freshers hence senior folk like me have to guide them step by step, which is a painful sometime.

...d but very low salary provide company . salary releted company budget very low .any experience engineer given very low in hand salary deduction very complicated because highly deduction in salary

Mainly salary provide very low, no any allowance provide company ,you work let night work or extra work but no any allowance give company, no any incentive, and not any facilities. Deduction part of bonus cut your salary and give bonus.
