They don't give salaries on time even don't pay also. My 3 month 15 days Salary and 6 month expense are pending since I resigned. Managing Director do not pick calls neither respond to the massages. They keep on changing plans everytime. They ruins life of employees and their families too.

No job security, when you get your salary no one know, cheated salary of employees, Everyday new new policies, work culture uff disgusting

Everything is dull. Not professional, No idea about geography, only for show off HR, No stock, No settlement etc etc..

Nothing , The Sales head maulik kanani , md kaushik paul and HR head mithun dutta. One of the worst person in this world. Hr head doesn't have any experience of Hr related services, sales head is also a noob . He was a freelance employee before this . And the owner doesn't no knowledge anything about bussiness. He have zero knowledge to run a bussiness. The company collect funds in the name of false commitment and then doesn't return. Think 100000 times before joining

Everything.. they don't provide salary... And if you asked for salary then they will hold your salary and terminate you by giving false allegations.

The work environment The salary structure Generous behaviour towards everyone & Enthusiastic spirit inside every employee Makes this company a best place to work with. These are my liking factors. Wish this company reach on a greatest place in the near future.
