Nothing , The Sales head maulik kanani , md kaushik paul and HR head mithun dutta. One of the worst person in this world. Hr head doesn't have any experience of Hr related services, sales head is also a noob . He was a freelance employee before this . And the owner doesn't no knowledge anything about bussiness. He have zero knowledge to run a bussiness. The company collect funds in the name of false commitment and then doesn't return. Think 100000 times before joining

There are not job security. I am worked this company near 1 year. They don't give you salary on time. They don't you any increment. HR can't solve ur problems. MD's word is last word in company. All HODs have lack of knowledge of works. Besically they are folling all employees. If u want trash ur carrier then u joined the chit company.
