Very worst work culture in Kolkata...I am saying it only for concrete division.... cement division is much better than concrete division. There are no personal life for employees.Boss try to control your whole life.

...ure is very good. Honest & hard working professionals have growth opportunities. ACC is good pay master. Every ACC employee is like a family member. After leaving ACC, people still are connected & feel proud that they were a part of ACC.

Now, It is controlled by MNC, the work culture is not like as it was earlier.

A long list - 1. Negative work life balance, concall starts at 8am and sales target pressure and manager's calls stays till 11pm, Employees are forced to achieve daily figures on sunday's , concalls are specifically done on Sunday to build pressure. 2. Mileage allowance were cut down by current management, therefore you end up spending from your own pocket. 3. Company's internal working and management decision making is extremely slow and poor which makes it difficult for sales team to sell the product in market. 4. HR policy here is a big joke, any kind of workplace harassment or torture complaint will go unanswered. 5. Career Growth in the organisation in zero, employees end up working on the same role for decades even after good performances. 6. Knowledge and skill development or chances for career transition are is impossible. Any person looking to grow has to be the bosses' bootlicker to get ahead. 7. The best day in a person's tenure in ACC would be the day when he would resign from the organization.
