Not much to like compared to IT companies.
Dislikes
... for than a year now, after the recruitment I haven't had a single talk with HR. The appraisal system is very bad 5-10 percent increment after a year while the base salary is anyways low. Compared to other IT companies you will be working for pennies. Six days working, sometimes more than that "if the project demands". Company glorifies a culture where if you work after office hours, you will get promoted, this is super toxic. I would not suggest working in this company if you are a young professional looking to upscale your career, This is a good retirement plan and that's it.
...mers aur non performers sab same hai.koi fayda nahi hai jyada perform krne se...Sabse kam salary 10000 hai yahan aur 10000 me 50000 ka kaam karaate hai.aur incentive ka lalach dete hai bo bhi 90 din baad aata hai.....
Mere hisaab se kisi bhi company me chale janaa but isme nahi....
Almost are good in aavas family but company policies including ROI Senior staff are not help in Relationship officers And Business managers are not experienced and knowledgeable in my experienc...

Company does not have any kind of fix policies. Policies changes according to situation this is biggest drawback of company. Does not have fair Appraisal policies.
I think that only remote locations get the proper salary hikes and promotions than rural areas. Does not matter for the company that from how many years rural employes are stuck to the company.
Already employees salary is very low than contest vouchers and incentives not give employee,
And employees insurance Policy rupay Cut in salary this is very bed company and policy
