...re is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot politics and the management doesnt address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Earlier Incentives was too good, now incentives are restructured and paying less . Earlier salary package was also offered less.

Appraisal and and salary is always been limited as set my company saying HR always HR policy is clearly mentioned that appraisal done when u join from that day but till yet year no appraisal done,

Company is only worst, they don’t have any time management once you join the company you will be treated has worst , Before Joining the company they tell that we are time management and good working culture but it’s not they will keep on extend the system till 10 or 12 midnight who will work for so long day this will keep on running for two to three week same timing, once u enter into this hell you will feel depressed. Main thing is they are following this employment Contract Bond for one year and 2 years due this bond many employees are staying quite or else all employees will be walk out……. So over all the timing and bond system it’s are two things are impacting the employees part from this the company has good shares and good book size in the market the technology are updating they are making the loan availability smoothly.
