Location near to my home - good understanding with credit team . No salary deduction at time of covid n even get good incentive for sales of hl and lap

...re is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot politics and the management doesnt address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

...re was every time feel burdon and tension not free for mind.timing was not safe.poor management, company policies was not ok and salary was not safe.

Because timing issue,day and night work holiday off, weekend off,office timing was not fix.

Earlier Incentives was too good, now incentives are restructured and paying less . Earlier salary package was also offered less.

Appraisal and and salary is always been limited as set my company saying HR always HR policy is clearly mentioned that appraisal done when u join from that day but till yet year no appraisal done,
