Not much to like compared to IT companies.

... for than a year now, after the recruitment I haven't had a single talk with HR. The appraisal system is very bad 5-10 percent increment after a year while the base salary is anyways low. Compared to other IT companies you will be working for pennies. Six days working, sometimes more than that "if the project demands". Company glorifies a culture where if you work after office hours, you will get promoted, this is super toxic. I would not suggest working in this company if you are a young professional looking to upscale your career, This is a good retirement plan and that's it.

work culture HR policy for employees welfare and retention Lack of Holidays Low salary Discrimination between professionals wiz CA and CMA. Lot more closings. it should be 1 closing. working on holidays.

Average working culture and most of the work given to credit Manager instead of sales team. Every day month end at there and personal life can't be enjoying and also unable to spend time with family. To be resources/Hire educated person

There is good amount of liberty and pretty good scope for learning.

...yees. only 3 sundays are available for holiday in a month. this must be changed. salary is very low and increment also at very low level. there must be fixed and strict policy regarding initial package of salary.

Wrorst company ever. Neither increments are done on time. Only grade is changes but compensation remains same. Most of days working hour are beyond 6:30 upto 11pm. DuringJFM everyday is closing day. Even Sunday are also working. Promotion only for who do buttering.Even after resignation releaving letter & FF done even after 60 days.

Lots of poltics. Supervisor not take care juniors.
