Very worst this company not informed work transfer properly and salary properly not credited in employee account workers not supported in Manappuram company overall this company waste

It's a good company good incentive given and salary given and every year bonus also given.

It's very toff to new joining employees because there is no training to employees all training BH given to employees and any issue is there not solved immediately.

... drawbacks. And mainly I want to tell that. This big problem in this company...salary cutting... because often happen to me salary cutting reason is very worst. Still my salary 65000 pending in salary cutting dept. So job seekers don't try is better and best decision of your life.

...t decision below 1 . Uninformed transfer 2. Short term transfer 3 to 6 months 3. Salary cutting 4. Insurance target ( target is common in all private sector but In Manappuram not conduct any training or scheme knowledge of insurance but they ask you should achieve the target.it is like madness

...anagement is politics. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

worked as assistant branch manager, good environment with staff.

Taking risks and also a Less salary only 10k in hand and almost salary is deducted. And their is no incentive and no holidays even in festivals like ramzan , dewali branch must be open and no timing rules need work from 9.30 to 8pm . And also no compensation for petrol allowence . Please don't join to this company never ever.
