I am a ex employee of aarvee. No any masure issue with the company's policy some thing little bit issue like salary timming dated 15-20 of every month, no any compensation or insentives on any occasions like sivali etc.

Independent to work, not too much interference. Not any type of harassment regarding attendance & leave, getting regular salary in between 8th to 14th every month. Company is getting new work/contracts from different clients on regular basis.
