Work-life balance is perfect in this company. You cannot get work from home. Whatever work you do should be done in office. It's the best part.

Dislikes

Architecture team is worst. They don't see the hierarchy of employees. Managers does nothing dump all works on interns. They give lot of importance to NIT Graduates even though they just manage things. Even according to salary hierarchy so much politics will be involved.

I liked working under my line manager of Hyderabad office who are quite cooperative and helpful.

Upper Management is not promising. In my case Regional Director - North (Delhi office) has promised false commitment during retention effort on my resignation but couldn't fulfill. However, in the second instance when i resign he forcefully terminate my services without any basis to it. Independent to work, not too much interference. Not any type of harassment regarding attendance & leave, getting regular salary in between 8th to 14th every month. Company is getting new work/contracts from different clients on regular basis.
