...oyees, work is soo baad , even don't give training, we have to learn by ourself.management is very bad and every time we have to go and ask for salary it's about begging. Giving targets always and daily mental pressure even also Sunday's and no holidays on festival's time.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is bad and career growth is slow.

It's unfortunate that the work culture is not favorable, and salary isn't provided on a monthly basis,we need to wait for 1 and ½ month to received our salary with no appraisals. Aalyam Realty lacks increments, sick leave, casual leave, and job security, and that employees are required to work on holidays. These are important factors for job satisfaction and well-being.
