...oyees, work is soo baad , even don't give training, we have to learn by ourself.management is very bad and every time we have to go and ask for salary it's about begging. Giving targets always and daily mental pressure even also Sunday's and no holidays on festival's time.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is bad and career growth is slow.
