It's unfortunate that the work culture is not favorable, and salary isn't provided on a monthly basis,we need to wait for 1 and ½ month to received our salary with no appraisals. This can be frustrating for employees and impact their job satisfaction. It's essential for companies to address these issues to create a more positive and motivating work environment

Aalyam Realty lacks increments, sick leave, casual leave, and job security, and that employees are required to work on holidays. These are important factors for job satisfaction and well-being. ...oyees, work is soo baad , even don't give training, we have to learn by ourself.management is very bad and every time we have to go and ask for salary it's about begging. Giving targets always and daily mental pressure even also Sunday's and no holidays on festival's time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is bad and career growth is slow.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
