People in your team are helpful including Managers and TLs. They guide and help to do work, even they will help in growth of you inside the company. There is a huge cafeteria with all types of food, north food and south food. There are facilities like gym, library etc. Door drop etc. As it is MNC BPO, people will not fire you directly, if you don't do a job at the first time and will teach you instead. There are many awards and recognition provided, but need to compete with the team members. There are many IJPs.

Dislikes

The salary provided is too less. Not enough for Bangalore location. They is little bit work pressure in operations, but not in IT service desk jobs. They don't give more percentage in appraisals. They do not give you hike, if you move laterally. That is for lateral movement, like from BPO to IT Service Desk, they give no hike in salary.

The work culture at 24/7.ai is excellent. 24/7.ai is best for the candidates who have completed their 12+(Intermediate or Diploma). Good atmosphere at company.

In my point of view, salary is the biggest concern here and it's not good to maintain the same basic salaries even though we're tenured more than 5 or 10 years or above.

Company environment is absolutely great and the seniors are helpful and cheerful. They don't have the ego of being senior. performance incentives are good

Dislikes

Salary is very low and the growth rate is very low. Salary difference between fresher and 2 year experienced is 4000/- only
