The best thing about 24/7 is the environment, and of course the team mates. However, environment cannot be good if there are no fun team mates and due to the reasons mentioned on the dislike option, people leave! so instead of keep recruiting new joinees why not reten the tenured employee.

The most important valuable thing that you can get and expect from a company is salary, which is pretty less and it is the most important factor. Sometimes things are not systematic and transparent, also we have to run arround for simple problem, we handle customer and help out customer to solve their issue but who is responsible for helping the employees issues. I do not blame anyone as person on this, just in General what I have obesrved over 21 months. There are more demerits than to talk about merits. Less opportunity to earn but more opportunity to lose your salary/variable bonus amount. For e.g. there is hardly OT payouts if employee want to work hard and earn some extra money for themselves, for 1-2 or half % points your whole incentive clashes, learning opportunity is less, respect for every individual is very important.
