Work Load is very less and job security is very high due to which the work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are average. Also the behaviour of managers is very unprofessional. They never give respect to their juniors.

Likes

Since no one likes to take responsibility, you get to make decisions. But beware when the decisions backfire.

Dislikes

One year probation, no leaves, late pay day, late increments (by October), favourism and no promotions, unresponsive HR, no canteen, no proper seating (changes places continuously, always renovating), don’t offer ctc on offer letter, no proper parking, rude security guards, no proper mediclaim etc.

Likes

Supporting teammates, good leave policy. Free to learn new things due to less work load.

Dislikes

Management Never thought about issues of employees ,like canteen facilities, hygiene environment, salary on time etc.

Work culture HR policy mediclaim food all are provided third class even in lockdown they didn't given extra pay as well as third class food they provided in lockdown.

Likes

They are not providing cab/travelling facility in shifts, so you have to use public transport or own vehicle, There is only temperature checking facility, other shifts they wont check also, I don't thik that much sufficient for safety.

Dislikes

Facility it won't get, inside politics will affect, Less place more people, salary growth it won't get what you expect, positional growth not good. 6 day working and Sunday working also they are planning. In case of emergency lockdown they wont provide salary, if you have leaves then you have to apply.
