Low compensation, if you have a reference then only you will be able to get your desired CTC People are bringing their own team from previous organisation & giving them 30-50% hike Pathetic work culture, no work like balance, work life balance only for permanent employees who know very well how to make management fool Management thinks they are working but they are on off enjoying free holiday Wake up 1mg before it's too late

Saturday Sunday is a holiday though we have to work sometimes

Dislikes

...ortunities especially for Marketing, HR, Sales, Customer Xp and similar roles. Compensation is really low.. only developers who have switched here in the past year are getting good salaries because they now have funding from TATA grp too and being a product based company they have to give good salary to engineers.
