The company always welcomes innovative ideas and ready to adopt the latest technology but one issue I can see is that no special training is given to the employee for skill development although its a startup one can learn multiple things. If we talk about the appraisal part it was pretty unsatisfying until the time I worked there. Job security is average but career growth can't be seen so far.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but appraisal disappoints too much and on the other side if I talk about travelling so again no trips are organised by anyway. And also no bonus and incentives are given which discourages the hardworking and dedicated employees of the company at the end of the year.

Wrost management, money minded they treat their employees like labour and foreced them for overtime without pay. If you think to say anything at uper level or you do that, you will be fired.

Entire process, and ethics are good

...talking about support team I.e Sushma’s team…siji,Ravi, and 2 new are added now. They are not the leaders they are rulers, who eats the employees salary and zero on their skills… When you talk about the last 5 year data most of the employees left the organisation by this 2024, due to Sushma…she is a cruel lady..

Job Time is good Timely salary

Dislikes

Salary not Increased yearly....I have to work with the same salary as the first one....and the rhythm is long distance orders.....There is no such area that 1 phlebotomist does not go...one has to go in all areas....incentive plan is not proper, salary has to be taken
