Like how closely knit the teams are, culture is super cool, management & the seniors are very approachable and supportive. People who want to learn, grow and achieve big in lesser time - Zupee is your place. We have observed many internal transfers and promotions given to the folks who well deserved it through their outstanding performance. Young bunch of leaders make working very light and enjoyable. Tech stack is latest for the engineers who are looking for an upgrade fro their learning. Zupee has amazing game formats and it's all the more interesting to work on the process of building those games from scratch. Been in the system for about 3 yrs now, each passing day makes me feel proud of how big Zupee has become in terms of number of employees, number of game formats released, multiple rounds of funding, visibility of Zupee as a brand, % rate of the profitability, also how the teams have been coordination and working together in one direction with common goal of benefiting the society....Read More

At times, there's less work-life balance but when you want to achieve big, little bit of compromise on a few hours doesn't bother much. No major cons as such. People would feel included and empowered when they get on the Rokectship names ZUPEE :)

Used to like the culture long back but now it would be a task to figure out the positives. A few friends at work are probably the reason to stick.

Dislikes

Toxic culture, favouritism, promotions or increments got nothing to do with the merit, HR team is the worst and most unapproachable. Talent Acquisition team has such high ego that they behave like they only run the show and all the rest are nothing! Would be better if HR team was a bit polite, compassionate and approachable as that's what makes an employee comfortable but clearly this company doesn’t care about how people feel. Even the oldest of the HR team folks have stinking attitude. Hope Dilsher reads this and figures something out about or else I know how many important key people will decide to leave which will take a long time for the TA team to refill as we know the crap quality of hiring they come up with. You will get the exposure to work day and night in high pressure environment.

After even working day and night. You will get negligible raise, they will hire new employees at almost double salary. Appraisals totally depend on your closeness with the top management. If you are an introvert then you will be left in a corner with same salary for years. They will say it’s a data driven company but they are giving worst appraisals to the data team.
