Some of the teammates and employees from other teams were really helpful.

It was a pathetic organisation to work with. They basically cold-call students in Australia and the U.K. and asked them to complete their college assignments. They help them cheat by completing their assignments and tests. They have in-house content writers who write assignments. Their pay scale is very low and they credit salary on 15th of every month. They deduct salary on very small things. HR posts false job descriptions on job portals and did not provide information about their real work until you join the team. If they have posted the real job descriptions, then no one will join their company. Their are many employees who are quitting their job on daily basis because of the toxic work environment and high pressure. Their leadership is also very poor and they exploit their employees. Some of the employees like "Raghav," make the work place very toxic for the girls with their creepy comments all the time. Their is no learning or growth in any department of this company, as all they do is help international students cheat on their assignments and tests. Please take your time and find some other organization where you can actually learn new things and develop skill sets. All the 1 star reviews given in the previous reviews are true. Everything except flexible timings. Salary of present month will be credited between 15th-20th of next month which is too late. No social security benefits like PF. Full and Final payment settlement of those who leave the organization takes 4-5 months. No ethics, no values. Unrealistic deadlines and huge pressure to meet targets.

Highly not recommend for experienced employees. A very pathetic organization and management. If you are genuinely seeking for a job, I am sure you will be better off without this one. They are highly corrupted. What kind of organization takes 4 to 5 months to clear your FNF? It is clearly against the rules of the government. I willgive you multiple reasons to better take a position somewhere else- 1. They will first promote you and then demote you giving various absurd reasons. 2. They want you to be available for 24 hours so no work life balance. 3. They will disturb you on every Sunday stating that the work needs to be completed on priority. 4. Lack of mental peace, sleep and work life balance as they will not even think twice to call you even at 2:00 am. 5. No hr policies to solve your grievances. 6. They will pay your salary almost after 1.5 months (it too gets delayed most of the time) Take your time and look for a better job....Read More

My teammates are like brothers except them everything is useless in zucol services.

Hrs are not the HR actually they are puppets, actually I think they are only hired to apply deductions on the employees on senseless rules which are created by them. Tissue paper is also an issue, manager asked to the office boy that don’t provide tissues to the employee our company facing loss on purchasing the tissue. Salary is totally based on the fraud app senseless or useless login logout system. They are not treated employee as employee. They just fired any of the employe without giving any proper reason because they write this in offer letter too. Please don’t join this company.
