...assignments and tests. They have in-house content writers who write assignments. Their pay scale is very low and they credit salary on 15th of every month. They deduct salary on very small things. HR posts false job descriptions on job portals and did not provide information about their real work until you join the team. If they have posted the real job descriptions, then no one will join their company. Their are many employees who are quitting their job on daily basis because of the toxic work environment and high pressure. Their leadership is also very poor and they exploit their employees. Some of the employees like "Raghav," make the work place very toxic for the girls with their creepy comments all the time. Their is no learning or growth in any department of this company, as all they do is help international students cheat on their assignments and tests. Please take your time and find some other organization where you can actually learn new things and develop skill sets. All the 1 star reviews given in the previous reviews are true. If you don't believe, then join this organization, and you will be the one giving a 1-star review to them because of their work policies.

Everything except flexible timings. Salary of present month will be credited between 15th-20th of next month which is too late. No social security benefits like PF. Full and Final payment settlement of those who leave the organization takes 4-5 months. No ethics, no values. Unrealistic deadlines and huge pressure to meet targets.

...ce to call you even at 2:00 am. 5. No hr policies to solve your grievances. 6. They will pay your salary almost after 1.5 months (it too gets delayed most of the time) Take your time and look for a better job.

The company salary cycle 15 to 15 middle of month. company office timing 10 AM to 6PM but id you logged in late buy one second means 10:01 AM then you they will consider that day is half day and you will get half day salary for day. You can not take full mug of coffee from machine. And the culture is not cool. My experience is too bust for this organisation. this is only not my opinion but its all employees opinion for this company. all employees has left this company and rest of resigning on daily basis.
