the company is open to innovation & readily adopts the latest technology, further every month, there is an R&R ceremony organized, which motivates me to work hard.

Dislikes

the work pressure is very high, and sometimes, i have to work 14-16 hours and there is no on-job training for the freshers

Work Details

I am working in the Zucol services as the financial expert, and the working environment of the organization is healthy.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
