Good work life balance, friendly environment. Few people in higher management

Dislikes

Nepotism Family members involved in the organization and they do not let you do your work if they are your managers.

Likes

The work environment was very good, the employees were even better.Leaders also helped a lot. The ex-CMO of the company, mam understood the employees very well.

Dislikes

getting more work done for less pay. Changing policy every month. No one does target based jobs these days.

Dislikes

The best part is its working culture and friendly environment. The space people share in Zucol is an ace up one's sleeve. Same age group of people and most importantly all are young people. P.S.- bad mouth politics available at some level.

Work Details

I worked as a team leader, quality manager, content developer and training manager as well. I keep track on the work or assignments done and manage their quality and delivery.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
