Lots of work , everyone is ready to throw his work on you so lot of chance to learn

Dislikes

One person running company like is father shop , he can abuse you , beat you , he can do anything , if you oppose , than your job can be loss any time. Head of taxation in this company is the most worst person in the whole compny. He don't have any knowledge , he need external help in each and every matter. Finance manager is over aged and not capable to doing work. But he is not agree to leave company. Worst than the worst company if you are going there for future growth...Read More

No increment policy , only boot licker of Chinese get the bonus or increment. Worst department is finance department. And the head of taxation

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
