Likes

Zscaler is a great brand for growth. Ample opportunities for learning. Good working environment. The management is so supportive and transparent. Appraisals are fair.

Work life balance. There is no specific timings of work

The job is interesting. However i struggled in the begining to get along with the system. But gradually a learnt.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
