Its past where it used to be a great company.

Dislikes

The company didn’t value its employees, if you complete your all KPIs and lead all product divisions, you will get 4-5% increments. Lot of arbitration and toxic culture added with pathetic work life balance. They told permanent work from home and get all the employees, but they changed the policy.

There is so much that is wrong about this company. This company is run like KGF. They want you to work without any motivation. They will treat you like a slave. They have a unlimited leave policy but they won’t give you leaves. Senior Management is emotional less and they will treat you like that. Stay away from this company if you want mental peace.

ZoomRX used to be a good working to work, now it only gives unnecessary stress - long work hours, blame culture, top performers who take all responsibility gets 5-6% hikes.

Dislikes

Long working hours, higher management takes decisons as per their convenience, blame culture, poor hikes if you take all responsibility, do all your OKRs you will get 5-6% hike but they are growing rapidly. This is cheap mentality please join here only if you didn’t have anything as cost is your peace.
