No management hence no parameters, you come as you want, go as you may, no notice period or probation, no work at all

They will kick you out, when they deem fit, for whatever reason suits them, no job security, no employee grievance or warning escalations of any kind, you mistake once and you lose your job, office is located in the middle of a secluded place and god forbids if you have to leave in urgency, you will die due to the lack of transport facilities and unavailability of cabs there. Bad work culture ( morning 10:00 am you have to come and leaving around average 9:00 pm) if you leave around 6:00 pm then you have to message on slack and tell the team that I’m leaving early for some personal work. 2. They expecting that you have to work on weekend. 3.
