Need to improve in work life balance and moreover they are just terminating people by policies with out giving any chances to the employees need to give chance because as a courtesy in Zomato they are giving resolutions to the customers and delivery partner why can't they think about the employees need to give a chance to improve their performances and other things

Worst Manager, manager is technically zero expects all work to be done in 15 mins. Does not even know basic google sheets but designation is cluster ceo. Very bad. Management also listen to only the manager not to the enployees.

Bad work culture ( morning 10:00 am you have to come and leaving around average 9:00 pm) if you leave around 6:00 pm then you have to message on slack and tell the team that I’m leaving early for some personal work. 2. They expecting that you have to work on weekend. 3. The HR & Managers. HRs are biased to managers even when the employee was put through depression & anxiety issues due to the manager. Managers not at all empathetic to situations. Mental health is a real problem and outcome of working with Zomato. There are so many colleagues going through it due to the work life at Zomato
