Imagine showing up to work one day and being told you’re out no warning, no heads-up, just “leave with a smile.” That’s what happened to 600 Zomato employees from their customer service team. The reason? Their AI, Nugget, now handles 80% of queries.
I understand that automation is the future, but this is brutal.😓 Shouldn’t companies at least handle layoffs with some basic decency?
