A very dynamic organisation in terms of the market. Great work life balance, although you might need to work on festivals. Good scope for starting off a career and people can grow a lot if they fit in the culture. Managers are great.

Dislikes

Too much talk of culture, sometimes it is abused. Bad apples. Slow on tech adaptability, for such a large organisation you would think they have organised their data and processes well. Long way to go! People can chill, as there are more people than needed.

Need to improve in work life balance and moreover they are just terminating people by policies with out giving any chances to the employees need to give chance because as a courtesy in Zomato they are giving resolutions to the customers and delivery partner why can't they think about the employees need to give a chance to improve their performances and other things

Bad work culture ( morning 10:00 am you have to come and leaving around average 9:00 pm) if you leave around 6:00 pm then you have to message on slack and tell the team that I’m leaving early for some personal work. 2. They expecting that you have to work on weekend. 3. In a week, there is minimum 2 deployment, for that you have to attend meeting from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am, on average. 4. 90 percent of seniors are unsupportive. 5. I Love everything about Zomato. One should work in Zomato,I worked her for 6 years I felt Zomato is my home. It's great experience.
