Poor management. Poor HR Support. Worst for Female employees with their chauvinistic male dominated work environment. There’s a clear lack of respect and support for women. My experience here at Zolostays was highly disappointing and mentally exhausting. The Role I was offered during the hiring process was completely different g’from the role u was assigned, which had no relevance to my background or my career aspirations. The organisation is severely understaffed, and as a result employees are overburdened with unrealistic workloads. I was forced to work for **12-13 hours a day without any additional benefits** It was a stressful and toxic work environment. Concerns Regarding Work Environment at Zolo Stays I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback on my experience working at Zolo Stays. Initially, I was very excited to join the team and contribute to the company's growth. However, as I began my tenure, I became aware of several issues that have significantly impacted my overall experience and have ultimately led to my decision to leave. During my time here, I observed prevalent company politics and groupism, primarily orchestrated by higher authorities such as Mr. Nitin, Mr. Golesh, and their favored team leaders. Specifically, Mr. Khadir Majde and Mrs. Rajeshwari Battul received undue support despite numerous complaints and reports of harassment against them from various employees. This favoritism created a hostile work environment for those who did not align with their group. The situation was somewhat manageable while Mr. Abbas Ussnar was with the company, as he made considerable efforts to maintain a balanced and fair working environment. However, following his resignation, the atmosphere deteriorated further. The environment became increasingly hostile, and harassment became more frequent and overt. Mr. Clyde Paul, who later assumed the role of reporting manager, also faced significant harassment when he attempted to address and rectify these issues. Both Mr. Abbas and Mr. Clyde demonstrated positive attitudes and genuine efforts to improve the work environment, yet their initiatives were met with resistance and undue pressure. The persistent negative atmosphere and the lack of support for creating a fair and respectful workplace have made it untenable for me to continue my employment at Zolo Stays. It is my hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and that measures will be put in place to address these issues for the benefit of current and future employees...Read More

The manager in the inside sales team is a cold hearted person ever seen cancelling employees approved leave on purpose even the manager have been informed 2 months prior even after booking the flight tickets, no growth at all, making the work life difficult to sustain for a long period, If you want to know how to do micromanagement,take a course from the AD or the inside sales team manager. People are getting questioned because of eating in the floor, lead generation team will provide all the useless leads and expect to meet the targets. The management will introduce new policies to get money from the customers, people getting managerial positions without having much experience and skills. Work in the inside sales team will either make you a IVR or parrot. No leaves will be approved even the employee is not well. And the manager will mention that they have accommodated all the requests. Many people left after the manager or the AD of sales have joined....Read More

No work life balance, inside sales team is forced to extend their shift without any reasons, as the team is allowed to take 2 days earned leaves but have to beg to the managers to utilise those leaves, you are questioned everytime if you extend your shift even for a single minute, Micromanagement in inside sales team is on peak, people join the team and leave within 1-2 months because of the work culture, managers will assign you with any random shift as per their wish without even asking the staff even they are comfortable with it or not, total break duration is of 1.15 hrs where they want the staff to fresh n up, have lunch, have break. Literally the floor sounds and looks like a BPO, dont think its a sales domain its a BPO, you will be given a pitch if you dont follow that you will be questioned, being in a sales domain you dont get that liberty that you are looking for, staffs and treated as school students whereas the management acts like teachers, Zero Work Life Balance, within the span of 1year more than 35-40 people left from the inside sales team because of the manager and the work culture, no idea what the manager is up honestly would advise the manager to give a little liberty and peace of mind to the team....Read More
