Likes

Nothing. Favoritism. Groupism. All sorts of biases exist. Please do not work here. They take recruits only to go meager work. The product has a lot flaws. Most of the clients back out due to the flawed software. The company makes no profit.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Asking for leaves permission is through the joint ceos and even emergency leaves for family is rejected. There is even pay cut for half days which are pre approved. The HRs even quit due to this. The work life balance is non existent. There is a close group of people that have been together since college and any new addition to the company is not retainer for more than 3 months....Read More
