Absolutely bad culture

Zkteco GTC has a very suffocating culture. Head James misbehaves with employees and use bad words on floor and most interesting part is HR Rani supports him. Salary it in case you are delayed for few seconds also. Chinese head does micromanagement.If you will ask for 1/2 day or 1/4th leave also in case of emergency, he will call andask to resign. Interestingly there is no intervention from HR Rani. It is more hilarious when you met with some accident and ask for leave or work from home, instead of medical reports or medicines they will ask to show the wounds. Pathetic. Mostly they believe in hire and fire policy. They will hire freshers and after 1 year if you will ask for increment they will put you in PIP or kick you out from the organisation with forceful resignation. James and Rani plays fake politics in company with the employees to terminate or force any employee for resignation....Read More

Working at ZKTeco has been an extremely disappointing experience. The management is disorganized and lacks clear communication. There's no room for growth, and the company severely underpays its employees, with no bonuses or incentives. The work culture is toxic, with unrealistic expectations and zero flexibility—no remote work options even during critical situations. Training and support are nearly nonexistent, leaving new hires struggling. It's feel like you are studying in LKG where teachers keep an eye on timing and other things. R&D head usually keep waiting at main gate to check for timing which is really hillarious. Even we don't get time to have food peacefully as only 15-20 mins is available for lunch and all.I wouldn't recommend ZKTeco to anyone looking for career advancement or a healthy work environment. They will deduct 500 rupees from the salary in 1 minute delay also. Never seen such toxic company with this kind of stupid higher management people....Read More

One issue was that an employee named Pratap, who doesn't understand any technical concepts, was asked to conduct the reviews. They are very good at terminating employee without any reason and very good at politics. Team leads are not good, They are biased with their people only, with other state employee they behave differently. And some of the TL's are very good to potery you negative infront of manager and Hr to terminate you.

Worst Workplace and the work environmet is very bad. R&D head James behaves like he is the owner of the company and all employees are his Gulams. No Carrer growth, no job security, not at all a employee friendy company, zero work ethics and value for employees. James running poor employee management along with HR Rani and manager Suprio. Its like they can take any action on any employees whenever they want. No work ethics and no principles. Manager Suprio and HR Rani always work against employees and they are like Pups to R&D head James. They dont have any ethics and self respect. Chinese head james treat all employees very badly and uses bad languages on floor openly and treat all employees very badly. He is so insecure and can threat any employees to kick them out from the organisation. Chinese head always do micromanagement of employees, ever for 1 min for washroom also they have maintained one register, really hillarious and treated us like daily labours. 500 rupees fine will be deducted from salary iin case there is 5 sec delay in reaching office. Even we cant have lunch peacefully as there is only break time of 15 mins. If delayed then manager and chinese head will start eating your head and start questioning unwanted things. Very bad decision to work here. There is no insurance till 1 year and poor employees have no choices. 1. Strict timings just 1 min late and quarter day deduction. 2.Micro management like managers will be Watchmen to look who is taking more than 15 mins for break. 3. Employer share also deduction from your CTC then what you think you salary will be less than that. 4.Compare to other companies for less package also deduction is 4 K for pf which is unnecessary. 5.
