Work culture is good, management are transparent and company policies are good enough, appraisal are good, good salary hike.

Dislikes

Management are transparent, they offer good salary bracket but there is no job security. It's a big concern.

Life is good, there is struggle in starting but later on I will enjoy the environment.

Didn't like anything much. There wasn't a lot of good work to be done.

Dislikes

People were more interested in writing PR pieces about the company leaders than actually creating a solid product to market. The content work was basic (social media, basic blog posts) and never really improved.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
