The company offers everything that a worker may need to ariculate all the right skills that one has. There is the highest level of Safety & safety awareness. There is maximum participation of both the company and the employee in as much as safety is concerned.

Work is challenging but the company has a culture of saying no to shortcuts and this helps to tackle all the tasks well in the time frame equal to that demandemanded by the job. The jobs were always of quality. Enough spares, & equipment are provided.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
