The company has availed PPEs at least, but unfortunately there hasn't been any testing so far which is quite unfortunate.
Dislikes
The compensation at Zimbabwe Revenue Authority is not fair given the economic conditions in Zimbabwe. The executive management are ever in "continuous assessments" as things continue to deteriorate.

There is room for learning and skills development. The company is open to innovation and has a diversified people of different cultures

My work is challenging since I have to deal with clients and to enforce payments of tax obligations which is still a challenge for persons in a developed country to voluntarily comply. The better part of my work is when we educate people

team mates are cooperative, in house training are done every quarter, however budget is low, job security is very poor everytime people are afraid of being fired, salary appraisal is poor adjustment are not even done, politics is too much, learning is better, work environment is better, No room for innovations, work-life balance needs to be improved
