The company is open to innovation and readily adopts lates techonology. i love the face that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. somtimes. i have to work 14-18 hours straight in aday I have to attend client call in the evening and sometime late in to the night.

Not a good professional environment, only you can grab opportunities to new tasks and learning on your own. Management always do backbiting of staff with everyone. Encouragement is minus and demotivation is their culture.

If I talk about zillion here teammate superb very friendly to make good working environment where specially fresher well trained but job security is average good sallery travel proveded by company overall good working environment where working life is balance.
