It's the worst company. Though being an MNC inside there is nothing beneficial for workers. Mostly they hire graduates for training and after 2 years they won't convert you as on role employee. they will send you out. Even they provide an ID card in chart paper and I am working there for more than 1 year they didn't provide me with a bonafide certificate.
