It was a good place for a fresh graduate to learn so many things in different departments. Superiors will help you by giving ideas when you struggling. You can also learn the managing skills and the process how the management to be.

Dislikes

Sometimes there is work pressure but it shows to avoid and overcome the same in future.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look the entire materials coming from the supplier for production. Maintaining 5S and GRN for the material receipt from the supplier. I have learnt how to manage my subordinates and FIFO.
