1. Work life balance was difficult 2. Too frequent team re-orientations, creates lot of confusion. Many a times this leads to lack of direction for months. Leads to internal politics to stay relevant. 3. Employees work under a constant fear of elimination. You may be a star performer this quarter, and may be asked to leave the next quarter.

1. Lack of clarity 2. No direction from Manager & leader 3. Poor appraisal 4. No longer a product company as it was use to before HDFC partnership. 5. Daily work from office policy 6. Only business matters not people 7. Arrogance attitude by leadership team - My way or highway 8. Low performant systems 9. No celebration, max you canexpect a cake cutting by irritating client team member on some milestones. 10. Cheap cost cutting strategy - Removal of fruit basket, year end gifts, 10gm dryfruit pack on Diwali, approval & permission for even a single pen notebook etc. 11. Car lease policy conditions are such that you have to wait more than a year to get benefit. There are many more but lets stop here only. The staff is just ridiculous..... There's no place for talent and an individual's potential.....You folks need to grow up.... Don't make a mistake by hopping into this organisation..... You will regret it....

1)Very important to have managers who have technical knowledge. 2)Some managers do micro management here. 3)No work life balance. 4)if your project changes internally , there is no promotion and you need to start from scratch.

Hierarchy of work isn't great and seems transferring responsibilities, none are owning and stand firm in decisions, too much wavering and hands down approach
