The growth of the fast-food delivery industry highlights an important issue: our increasing laziness. Companies like Zomato, Swiggy, and Zepto are profiting from this trend. Many of us no longer want to cook our own meals or walk to nearby grocery stores. Even if we pay just 5 or 10 rupees more for these services, it can add up, andthe real cost goes beyond money. Our dependence on takeout and processed foods is negatively affecting our health. Without cooking at home or engaging in regular exercise, we risk becoming unhealthy.
