there is nothing to like about working here apart from saying working in a fast growing firm

extreme micro management have no time consicousness that employees have life outside office - managers keep meetings at any time of the day even at 11pm and you cant attend online, you've to be in office only - when do we eat, spend time with family or sleep way too toxic about every manager comes from top leadership just wants to milk as much as possible, no employee friendly policies

Exposure is good and your work will have greater impact if you’re in the right team and under right leadership else management is keeping 40% of workforce busy with things that wouldn’t matter. Organisation is running in circle between profitability and growth. And leadership will come and shout at you if you are focused on growth like they said so mentioning cost has gone up. 1. Extremely toxic work culture 2. Nepotism is the root of Zepto. Incapable folks were hired by initial leaders and they keep pushing these guys only. Regardless of your capability and business impact, promotion will be given to their favourites. You can become favorite by ego massaging. 3. Forget your self respect if you’re joining Zepto.
