The only thing good here was work from home thats it!

There are thousands of things to write about Commodum Groceries. The management here is worst! There is no chance of promotion here if you dont butter up your TLs or managers. You are not allowed to take any Sick leave here, if you video call them showing you are admitted they will still not believe it. You are forced to login and if you dont you get threat messages saying you wont get any PLs or we will have an HR discussion for the unplanned and sick leave that you took and the worst part here that the HR manager is of no use here because the decisions are taken by the manager on the behalf of HR. In short HR is only for name sake. They have a heavy chat flow with less employees which becomes difficult for the agent to handle the chats and expect them to resolve it faster. They pressurize the agent threating them to perform good which is next to impossible. I liked salary paid in time for example month ending 30 salary crideted in 29 of the month.

High level management have no skills they have act of communication, they always involved direct lower management, for example I am reporting to “X” but every time “X” reporting manager involved and ask each every thing what is value of “X” ? There is no chain management. Everyone higher management work their own benefits only not work for company.
