For starting the career as a fresher it's very nice place to work.The people at higher level used to have a frequent discussions and sessions with each level and that provides an ample apportunity to learn. There is alot to learn as a fresher in terms of Technology. Salary is on time there is no delay .You have to face some sort of politics and difficulty in involvement if your mother tongue is hindi but overall I would say it's a good place to start your career as a fresher....Read More

Not a good level of management.Flat organisation.You have to do night support once in a week.You have to be on your feet if u want to learn.No transport and perks are there. No TL(Team leader) .You have to report everything to one Reporting Manager and sometimes you have to face some serious scolding too.Salary hike is less.
