The culture was flexible and gave me my work-life balance. The policy took care of employees' convenience including everyday food or flexible work hours.

The management decisions were not concrete when it comes to handling the marketing dept (especially the product marketing ). The marketing dept never had a chance to be part of the strategic conversation and it was expected to execute orders. So there was always a gulf in understanding what we are doing and why we are doing it.
