This company is running in air! Lot of caveats, hope the new leadership can make some changes. Nothing I can think about which I have liked.

Everything was a dislike, the culture, response to situations, management, discussions, looks like kids having discussion and coming back later and denying, very immature culture, and just people who have worked in salons trying to induce a similar culture in a SaaS organisation.
