The only thing consistent here is the lack of respect for hard work.

Dislikes

Poor leadership with no accountability, making it a frustrating place to work. The HR team is a joke and doesn't care about employee welfare.

Mental health is a low priority here. Employees are expected to just deal with the stress without any support. The lack of backup staff makes taking time off a nightmare.

Dislikes

I wish I had taken the time to read reviews before joining; it’s been a regrettable decision. HR is ineffective; they just brush off any complaints about management. The culture here is toxic. Gossip and negativity thrive while management ignores the problem. Frequent and unexpected firings create an environment of fear and uncertainty.

There’s no work-life balance; they expect you to be available 24/7. I left because of the micromanagement; it stifles creativity and independence.

Dislikes

I left feeling demoralized and defeated. Promotions are a rarity, and it feels like management doesn’t want to invest in their employees' growth.

Expect no support from management when you’re struggling with your workload. There’s zero room for feedback here. If you try to voice concerns, you’re met with hostility.

Dislikes

Attending client meetings was embarrassing. Our team looked unprepared and unprofessional. It's frustrating to see incompetent people promoted over hard workers. They hire based on looks rather than talent, which leads to a lot of incompetence.
