I Have the best colleagues here to work with . They are supportive as well as helpful . Beside that , I like them because of how they have helped me improve . They Guide me Currently and tell me what areas I should work on . If there are any faults in my work , they help me rectify them as well .

Dislikes

It would be excellent if the leave policy could be modified slightly to include more benefits .

I have been a part of Z1 Media for more than 16 months. Since the time I joined, I have been the team growing and expand. It is a nice experience to work with such brilliant team members. Another advantage is that the work is evenly distributed among all. Even when urgent requirements are there, I don't have to exhaust myself.

Dislikes

I go out for lunch but the break is too short to enjoy my meal nicely.

Dislikes

Manager is rude. Unnecessary pressure is given to employees. There is no work-life balance. Asks to work after office hours. There is no training at all regarding the process. Switches your process very frequently.

I joined the marketing team at this company, and the so called manager, Mehak, is just awful. She knows nothing but acts like she's the god of marketing. The HR team is powerless - even though they are aware of the situation they can't do anything. She has fired six people in six months simply because she wanted to, and anyone who flatters her is safe. The upper management doesn't seem to care about the employees. The company gives us a lot of chances to grow and learn. Teamwork is super important here and my work coworkers make work fun. The managers listen to what we have to say, and it's amazing to see our ideas actually make things better. The company also cares about the environment which is something I care about too.
