For the key purpose of exploring opportunities , I Joined this company . I am happy with the projects I an currently working on . Some requirements are quite new . Then some of them require more effort , too . But I am give enough time for such requirements. Even When the projects are new , I enjoy working on challenges .

Dislikes

Certain tools require frequent upgrades . When the process is delayed , the work also gets a bit affected .

There is alot of micro-management. The strategies made here do not have an end goal. The management is not at all dynamic with respect to the changing demands. They literally play with the careers of individuals.

I like the leadership skills of our seniors. They welcome our ideas fully and implement them to put them into action which in turn helps us to grow more.

Manager is rude. Unnecessary pressure is given to employees. There is no work-life balance. Asks to work after office hours. There is no training at all regarding the process. Switches your process very frequently.
